We can print your designs with very high quality on a very upgraded Printrbot+. The highest quality machine parts are used on the printer producing prints that rival industrial FDM printers. Most materials used for 3D printing absorb water from the air and can have a significant negative impact on print quality as the water turns to steam in the printing process. We dehydrate our filament in a professional dehydrator intended for this purpose to ensure our prints are free of aberrations from hydration. This is an active dehydration, not just leaving the filament in a box with silca gel, as most do to reduce the effects of water. Our process uses heated air to force water out of the filament providing you with a print that is much better quality than you can get otherwise.

Please note: quotes are based on material cost, consultation time, set up, print monitoring, effort and time to re-do printing if parameters need to be changed to get the best print quality and shipping/handling. We do not quote just on material costs alone. We will need to see your STL file before we can quote. Our rates are competitive and all inclusive and we guarantee your satisfaction.
