1. Your idea is safe with us. We will mail you a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon request.

Good ideas are worth protecting, which is why we will vigilantly protect your 3D model files. Unless you give us permission to show your 3D model files to another entity, only Polygon3D staff members directly involved in the printing process will have the privilege of interacting with your files.

2. You will not pay an absurd price.

Charging based on volume is unnecessarily expensive. Our price does not scale with material use. Our price scales with quality. We charge between $4 and $7 an hour depending on the complexity and quality of the print.

3. You will receive free consultation.

3D models are often not perfect the first time. To help you reduce the time and money required to get a perfect print or functioning prototype, you will receive consultation from an experienced 3D printing technician. During consultation you can learn how 3D models, printing materials, and printer hardware affect your prints and prototypes.

4. Fast turnaround

You will have your prints within 5-10 days of paying depending on the size of your order. Massive projects may require more time.

5. We can print STL, OBJ, and Gcode

If your 3D model was created with a popular 3D modeling application, we can probably print your 3D model. We can print STL, OBJ, and Gcode, and we can convert files types if necessary.
