Tips:
• PLA is harder and more fragile and than ABS but can be printed thinner
• the best supports are those included in the part and designed by you
• the layer height only minimizes the steps effect and does not increase the level of detail

I had two parts made. Both parts in themselves were perfect, but for one of the parts, it was very hard to remove the support material, and I only partially managed to remove it. I suspect that the same plastic was used for the object and the support material, which I understand should not be the case. In addition, I had asked some advice for the use of materials and other choices, and there was no feedback. The delivery was speedy.
