He did a good job. He did have a printer issue (8 hour into the print) and offered to refund my money, but the flaw doesn't seem to affect performance. Since this isn't for cosmetic purposes, I accepted the print with the minor flaw. He handled things well. I would deduct half a star for the flaw, but 4.5 rounds to 5. :)
