I hope my criticism can only improve their company- They agreed to deliver me my 3d printed dogs at a date and did not deliver on time. My print was broke into 2 pieces because of the weight of my base, I wish they would of had the fore site to tell me that the model was inadequate for printing and shipping. I had also asked to have a model changed to a different model that I had made and it went ignored. They did deliver me my smaller statuette in good working order. Brad Ruff was a pleasure to work with but was not able to deliver my model in a good working order and on a specified date.
