Ordered on May 5th, project lead time was 3-5 days. Received item 11 days after order made. No notification of delays until I messaged them. Response was intermittent, some responses took 3 days. Despite this, the quality of what I order was superb and exactly to my specifications. So I would recommend them again only on this point due to the quality of product.
