About me

I'm the designer and maker behind Shape haus, a UK-based 3D printing business focused on creating practical, well-made products and helping people turn ideas into physical parts.

I enjoy the problem-solving side of 3D printing — whether that's producing a prototype, recreating a difficult-to-find replacement part, making a functional component or simply taking a customer's ready-to-print design and producing it reliably.

My workshop is built around the Bambu Lab A1, with a 256 × 256 × 256 mm build volume. It's a fast, accurate FDM printer capable of producing everything from detailed prototypes and one-off parts to repeat small-batch production.

I currently offer PLA, PETG and TPU, allowing me to cover a wide range of applications from general prototypes and everyday products to tougher functional parts and flexible components.

Every job is checked before printing, and I'll consider material choice, orientation and print settings to achieve the best practical result.
