About me
We are a Digital Manufacturing & Contract Manufacturing service, specialising in lightweight carbon fibre 3D printing reinforced with continuous fibres. Available reinforcement fibres include Carbon Fibre, Kevlar, Fibreglass and High-Strength High-Temperature Fibreglass.
Utilising the Markforged Mark Two Composite 3D printer, we create Continuous Carbon Fibre (CFF) reinforced parts that are stiff, strong, extremely durable, and often capable of replacing machined aluminium.
The printed parts are very precise with a best-in-class surface finish thanks to Onyx, Markforged’s extremely versatile micro carbon fibre filled PA6 nylon material.
As well as Onyx, which is black in colour, we offer plain white nylon parts that can also be reinforced with Carbon Fibre, Kevlar, Fibreglass and HSHT Fibreglass.
Additionally, we offer a variety of premium NinjaTek® TPU flexible materials in different colours. The Shore Hardness ratings range from the ultra-flexible 85A NinjaFlex to the extra-firm 75D Armadillo.
For specialist applications, we also print with the new groundbreaking variable hardness TPU VarioShore by Colorfabb®.
This flexible material allows for a single part to display different properties such as density, weight, tactility and overall possess varying stiffness/softness levels.
