SolidPrint Ltd is a Hertfordshire based mechanical design & 3D printing specialist. Using the latest Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) additive manufacturing technologies we can produce low volume, high quality concepts, prototypes and end products at affordable prices.

All our printers are based open-filament thermoplastic polymer systems, allowing us to provide a wide range of premium material choices including Polylactic Acid (PLA), Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Nylon. In addition, we offer a rapidly expanding range of finishing options to ensure that the final product is, not only fit for purpose, but looks the part too.

At SolidPrint, we can work directly with customer supplied CAD models in many of the most common formats, including .SAT, .STEP, .STL, etc. We can also provide a comprehensive geometry checking and preparation service to minimise or eliminate any problematic features and ensure that your design is fully optimised for the printing process.
