SwedeRacer Engineering is a mechanical design services company based just outside of Nashville in Hendersonville, TN and founded in 2018. Visit us as www.swederacer.com!

-- 3D Printing --

Using our Markforged Onyx One we can turn your concept into a physical part at the click of a mouse. Your prototype will be printed in Onyx, a proprietary, nylon-based material unique to Markforged printers.

Onyx is filled with chopped carbon, the addition of which "yields stiff, strong, and accurate parts." In many cases, these parts can be suitable for field testing or even production applications.

Our machine's max build envelope is 12.5"x5.1"x6" (320x132x154 mm). Don't worry if your part is larger than that. We may still be able to help. Just contact us to get the conversation started!

In many applications, parts printed with Onyx can be used as general production parts. If appropriate, this can be a great way to operate in a true "Just-In-Time" inventory mode, saving you money.

With over 15 years of combined CAD experience in I-DEAS, SolidWorks, Creo, & Fusion 360, we can translate your idea from a simple napkin sketch to finished 3D models and manufacturing drawings.

If you have an existing part but lack engineering documentation, we can help you reverse engineer and reproduce it.

Aaron Mays, the engineering behind SwedeRacer, has been fascinated by all things mechanical, especially cars, from a young age.

Aaron holds a BSME degree with an automotive specialty from Kettering University in Flint, MI. He has worked as a product design engineer for companies such as Trico, Holley, Richmond Gear, and Simpson Strong-Tie.
