Things I've Made
About me
We specialize in complex, larger volume technical prints. Most of our work is in the engineering prototype and design field.
We print FDM/FFF on a number of platforms, with the capability to scale in Z up to 500mm in PLA. and can accommodate any Z resolution from .05mm to .75mm for PLA and ABS, and .2mm to .75mm in Taulman 618 or 645.
Pre and post model processing is quoted on a per job basis, with a minimum of 1 hour billed on non-manifold or water tight meshes. Taulman Nylon can be custom dyed before or after printing for an addition per job fee. ABS can be vapor smoothed up to 300..x300mmx300mm.
We also do full "starter" 3D printer plastics kits, specializing in Mendel90's, Prusa i3's, and Kossel Deltas.
We do not deliver "rough" models - if you supply a model that requires post process support removal, this will be included in your price!
