Machines: Prusa Core One (enclosed, self-assembled) running PETG, PLA, Silk PLA (gold, copper, silver), ASA, and TPU 95A.

What you should know: I built the printer before I started using it commercially — which means I know it at the component level, not just the operator level. Every material I offer has been dialed and documented: specific temps, bed protocols, retraction, surface finish. I don't guess at settings. I print to spec and I tell you when something won't work at my current capability level rather than take your money and send you a bad part.

As part of my learning process, I've built a fully functional PETG model trebuchet and a PLA multi-speed manual transmission — printed in four colors across coordinated plates, assembled and operational. Black structural housing, silver hardware, gold and copper gear trains. It's a portfolio piece but it's also a stress test: tight tolerances, small features, tall narrow parts, mix of rigid and precision geometries across multiple material runs. Everything that can go wrong on a complex multi-part build did go wrong at some point, and it still finished.
