The Form 1 SLA 3D printer is used to create prototype parts in clear and gray photopolymer resins at a resolution of 100 or 50 microns with some consistency 25 micron resolution parts are printed inconsistently and take 4 times as long to print as 100 micron prints because they require 4 times the number of layers to create the same sized part. Not all parts can be printed. Large parts, those requiring half the build volume and more, can fail to print. My Design business 3D printing needs are a priority.
