Kush was at first very responsive and had the most competitive price. We agreed on a delivery date and that is when things went downhill. I contacted Kush on the day I was supposed to receive the parts and he let me know that he would require another three days. Three days passed and I still had not received an update nor the parts I paid for. I subsequently reached out three more times and did not received a single reply. It has now been 13 days since his last reply and 16 days since I paid the invoice... At this point I have reached out to the team at makexyz for a refund... If you want to actually receive 3D printed parts, I highly recommend you use someone else.

Kush did a great job making 2 items for me. I am a newbie if it comes to using this technology. Kush explained everything in great detail and was very helpful providing knowledge for future projects. Thanks to his work I was able to repair a $200 wristwatch (the movement spacer plastic ring was broken beyond repair)!
