About me

My 3D printer is a Printrbot Simple Metal, acquired a little over a year ago, and has been working hard and flawlessly since then. I've used the printer at least one day out of the week for tinkering and for fun. I am a student at the University of Texas at Arlington, and 3D printing is one of my favorite hobbies.

My goal for being on this site is to let anybody have access to use a 3D printer, and am not really into printing for the money. However, due to me being a student for the time being, I am not always able to print or respond to inquiries within the hour, so please keep that in mind.

I print mainly at .2mm layer height, but can go to .1 if finer resolution is needed but will take longer. I currently have blue, green, red, black, and glow in the dark filament spools. With the current fan shroud now, long bridges are quite easy to produce. Take a look at my pictures to get an idea of how the prints come out, albeit only in yellow..
