Material pricing for standard "ready to go" jobs (in ABS or PLA):
$0.50/cm3 for 0.10 mm layer height. -
$0.35/cm3 for 0.20 mm layer height. -
$0.25/cm3 for 0.30 mm or 0.35 mm layer height.
Rush jobs, additional prep for custom jobs, 3D design, and engineering services are available. Minimums may apply.
My Replicator is upgraded with Sailfish firmware and has aluminum arms for better print quality. The printer is equipped with dual extruders and can perform two-color/dual-material printing.
*** IMPORTANT INFO WHEN SUBMITTING A JOB ***
When requesting a quote, please be sure to specify the intended use of the part.
Please indicate your part size to ensure that the correct unit scale is being used (inch, mm, cm).
Unless specified otherwise, I will assume you are requesting 0.3 mm layer, 30% infill when making initial estimates.
When possible, provide the original STEP or IGES file along with the STL, in case there is something wrong with the STL.

We ordered nylon parts and they did not meet our requirements at all but it was probably as much our fault. Remember to specify 100% fill and best resolution if you want parts that are to be used for prototyping. We have learned ABS is best then PLA and nylon is weak but more flexible. Only ABS 100% fill has come close to a good part for us. Note: PLA was terrible in heat over 90 degF

The print was well done and it seems that the tolerances of our parts are starting to cause our prints to become quite demanding on the technology that Joseph uses however his work is excellent for the usage scenario of testing and rapid prototypes. As it stands, my client is happy from the results and so I am happy with the results.
