About me

Hi! I'm James, the owner and chief engineer of Viking Machinery, based right here in Christchurch New Zealand.

We specialise in the design and manufacture of automated machines, and also run a small machine shop bringing our customers parts to life as well as our own. We primarily run 3 axis CNC mills, but also have a lathe or two tucked away in the corner.
With over 8 years of 3d printing experience, we are able to integrate this technology into our work stream seamlessly to provide excellent quality, functional parts. We print almost exclusively in ABS plastic, and have spent several years perfecting our recipe - this lets us make some pretty awesome parts quickly and easily!

One of my favorite ongoing projects is the series of fully 3d printable parts feeding machines that I have been designing and publishing for the last few years. The bowl feeders are on YouTube - you should check them out!

We are also a fully registered company, so every order will come with a tax invoice for your records.
