My main focus is on you.
This is what I can do for you:
I can print your object or objects in durable and heat resistant ABS plastic.
ABS color choices are black, natural and orange (more colors coming soon)
The build volume of my hardware is 200mm by 200mm by 88mm. If your object doesn't fit in that space, some times, it can be split into two or more pieces in CAD software that are then printed separately and assembled afterwards. I am willing and able to work with you on this.
I can print one offs and small production runs.
Not all object shapes lend them selves to 3D printing in there current form. I can give you a FREE review of your object/s file/s and work with you to adjust it to be more suitable. I've been at this a while and my come up with something that you hadn't considered. Don't give up before we have a chance work out your problem :-)

I am available to sign NDAs if necessary, and I have no personal objections with printing any design you have.

My invoices break down as such:

- $0.12 per cc of plastic used (which is usually less than the volume of the model)
- $10 setup fee
- $0.50 per hour after of machine time

Lower quality finish, and smaller models, will print faster. Most objects that can be held in your hand will print in 5-6 hours. Large heavy models (over 400cc) will have to be slowed down, there is no way around it. I print, by default, at 30% square-shaped infill with a 1mm outer shell. I can increase or decrease any of these numbers (or switch to a honeycomb fill) to suit your needs, feel free to send me a message. Support material is not charged differently but it does count towards the total plastic usage.
