Alright heres the deal, I'm an architecture student (my school remains anonymous) but, I've got 3 machines at my disposal: Mcor Iris, Dimension SST 1200, Objet30 Pro, and Replicator 2.

The Mcor
cuts and laminates paper with PVA type glue, this is the most affordable, but the lead time is the longest. This machine also inkjet full color process with an image wrap, this will cost extra but this web site doesn't allow specificity to that caliber.

The Dimension
Prints in abs plastics large variety of colors 1 week or less lead time. this is a professional machine with the ability to specify solid or sparse filing.

The Objet
This machine is the most expensive but has by far the best build quality. Its uses a UV cured resin, which ends up being an acrylic-like plastic. this machine has the ability to print with a high temperature plastic, let me know its expensive to buy, but if you have a part like that and its worth it for the both of us to invest then I say let do it.

Like I said i'm using my schools machines, so I print at cost and mark it up for you guys no funny business, the machines are very well taken care of and are serviced regularly. I work in the shop so I've gotten pretty knowledgeable with these machines, I help other students everyday to setup files and prepare them for printing. I'll do the same for you.
