This product is a self sustained bio filter for your fishbowl using the plant and microorganisms that live on the roots of the plant of your choice as a filter. The Waste product of the fish produce nutrients necessary for plant survival, which serves as a bio filter for the fish bowl. The design has an incorporated chamber style air lift pump that both aerates the aquatic environment and provides hydraulic flow, moving waste products and nutrients into the root zone.
