So I ordered 4 pieces for a total price of 124 dollars, after payment I received an Email telling me my order was in progress. After a week from the given date of arrival of my shipment I try to contact support with no answer at all. A few weeks later I tried to cancel my Order with again no answer. I have tried to contact "Nathan" in many places but no word at all.

Any advice in what to do?
I really need the money from the refund

makerbeck - I think you need to dispute the charge on your credit card. Something seems to have changed, possibly ownership as the company now shows a location in Arizona vs Austin, Tx.
